Accounts Payable - Fiscal payments of the University, including State and local fund accounts. Bursar/Collections - Cashiers accept payment for emergency loans, return checks, and miscellaneous charges; process departmental deposits. ts Accounting - Administrative and financial support to principle investigators, project directors and sponsors. Responsible for direct and indirect cost and ensuring compliance with cost sharing, effort reporting and cost allowability. Student Accounting - Student registration and housing cost postings, emergency loans, tuition and fee payment plans, 1098-T tax forms, and delinquent accounts

International Student Tax Accounting - International students can request and provide Glacier tax forms or ask questiont about taxes applicable to international studies. Travel - Point of contact for current faculty, staff, students and prospective employees with regard to travel and travel credit cards. Procard - Point of contact for current faculty and staff who have University-issued procurement cards

University Accounting - Set-up and anagement of all University accounts, accounts payable checks (University and student refunds), State and TAMUS resporting
