It is with the deepest most upmost regret that the former, Cape Charles Rescue Service inc, announces the passing of one of our Life Members Ms Cathy Ulrich, she dedicated her life to the rescue squad day in and day out. Once she was unable to continue to run active calls, she played the role of the behind the scenes,coordinater. She handle all the things, that the rest of us didn’t want to deal with. She always had an answer, for anyone who called her about the rescue squad.. We will forever be grateful for your service and dedication to the rescue squad and the Northampton county sheriff’s department(as, she was a jail nurse, for quite a few years) thank you for your service!! We have your six.. RIP Cathy
