The Cape Coral Youth Council is looking for its next COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR!

This is your opportunity to put your creativity and communication skills to work while helping the Youth Council:

📱 Promote Youth Council through social media
📣 Reach students throughout our local schools
🤝 Help with fundraising efforts
👥 Increase awareness and attendance at Youth Council meetings
💡 Bring fresh ideas for connecting Cape Coral’s youth with their community!

📍 WHO CAN APPLY?

Applicants must:
✅ Live in Cape Coral
✅ Be a current high school student
✅ Attend one of the eligible Cape Coral-area schools or qualify as an At-Large student through homeschool, private, charter, or virtual school.

🚨 Reminder: Youth Council Special Meeting Tomorrow 🚨

The Cape Coral Youth Council invites you to join us for a very important and timely conversation on mental health.

🗓 Tuesday, April 7
⏰ 4:00 – 6:00 PM
📍 City Hall Council Chambers

We will host a panel of experienced professionals who will share insights, resources, and real-world perspectives on mental health challenges affecting both youth and adults in our community.

This meeting is open to everyone — students, parents, educators, and community members are all encouraged to attend.

Mental health is an important topic that impacts us all, and open conversations like this help build understanding, support, and awareness. We encourage you to come out, listen, and learn.
