We are thrilled to announce that Gulf Middle School has officially been recognized as one of Florida’s 2025–26 Schools of Excellence!

Even more exciting, this marks 7 consecutive years (from 2019–20 through 2025–26) that Gulf Middle has earned this prestigious honor. We are proud to share that Gulf Middle is the ONLY public middle school in Lee County with this distinction!

Thank you to our amazing students, teachers, and families for being part of Gulf’s legacy!

Mrs. Baird’s class showed they were the “most READY” for class in the month of August through their 6th grade academy!

The weather is perfect for some fun outside and popsicles! Great job with your transition into middle school scholars!
