Cape Elizabeth Pool & Fitness Center Welcome to the Donald Richards Community Pool and Cape Elizabeth Fitness Center. We are a small community facility open to the public.

The Cape Elizabeth Fitness Center has treadmills, cross trainers, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, and a Stairmaster. We have plate-loaded Cybex machines, including a leg press, leg extension, leg curl, lat pulldown, and cable crossover. We also have a Cybex smith machine and a plate-loaded Life Fitness chest fly/rear deltoid machine. In addition to the machines, we have dumbbells, benches, medici

ne balls, stability balls, BOSU balls, steps, mats, foam rollers, bands, jump ropes...
We offer day passes as well as membership options ranging from monthly to annually.
