Thank You, Cape Girardeau County!
To the 3,300 plus people who placed their trust in me…Thank You.
This campaign was about an ordinary citizen willing to step forward, take on the political giants of our county, and fight for a better place for all of us to live, work, and raise our families.
I may not have won this election, but I provided a true voice to the little guy, raised some important questions, and proved that everyday citizens still have the power to make a difference in Cape Girardeau County.
Michelle and I are incredibly grateful to everyone who supported, encouraged, volunteered, shared a post, or cast a vote. This journey may have ended differently than we hoped, but the desire to make Cape County better does not end tonight. It’s something we will strive to keep doing everyday, just like we always have.
