On September 28th, Category 4 Hurricane Ian made landfall causing wide spread devastation to Captiva and the surrounding areas. The lives of many will forever be changed. Three weeks in, Captiva still is without power or water, and the employees of Sunny Island Adventures are left wondering what’s next.

Sunny Island provides the recreation activities that many of you enjoy when visiting South Seas Island Resort. It is hard to say what the future holds, but in an effort to assist our incredible crew we have put together The Sunny Island Adventures Employee Assistance & Retention Fund. The goal is to assist our employees who have suffered financial and material losses, and retain as many employees as we can while we work to get our services up and running in the future.

While we don’t have an exact timetable to reopen, we will build back better than ever. Please consider a donation to help our crew out, and pass the link to your friends and family.
