The Carbondale Warming Center is very grateful to Church Women United for donating proceeds from their wildly successful 2026 Hunger Sale. We are moved by the generosity of our community and all the hard work and effort that went into this long-standing fundraiser to benefit the needy of Southern Illinois. Thanks to you, our shelter guests can receive a safe bed, food, shower, laundry, clothing, support services, and a kind word of encouragement.

"Thank you so very much Carbondale Lions Club and the Noon Rotary Club of Carbondale for paying to have the shower repaired and remediated at the Carbondale Warming Center. Thank you Arevon Big Muddy Solar for again being a rest stop sponsor for our 4th Annual Carbondale Coldest Night of the Year walking fund raiser on Saturday, February 28th to benefit the Carbondale Warming Center and Take Action Today.
