A huge thank you to Seth Jumps and Into the Fire Catering for surprising our teachers and staff with lunch on Friday — just because!

Great food is always appreciated, but the thought behind it meant even more. Our staff definitely enjoyed the treat, and there weren’t many leftovers hanging around.

Thank you, Seth, for thinking of Giant City School and taking such good care of our crew. We truly appreciate it! 💙

We’ve got pizza, tacos, spaghetti, nachos, ravioli, chicken strips…and enough whole grain buns to keep September rolling.

A few important dates:
No lunch September 4 — 11:30 dismissal.
No school September 7 — Labor Day.
No school September 18 — School Improvement Day.

Breakfast is also served every day, because apparently one meal before 8:00 AM is never enough for growing kids.

And parents, go ahead and save this now. That way when you hear, “What’s for lunch tomorrow?” at 9:37 PM, you’ll be ready. 😄

Way to go!

Jackson Wiltowski threw a Perfect Game tonight throwing for Giant City School. It wasn’t only a perfect game, he faced 21 hitters and had 21 strikeouts. He now has 207 strikeouts for his Giant City career!
