NEPA Gives returns for its seventh year tomorrow evening Thursday, June 4 at 7:00 P.M. and will run for 24 hours through Friday, June 5. This online giving event supports nonprofit organizations in Northeast Pennsylvania that work to enrich our local communities. Over the course of 24 hours, donors can make secure donations to any of our seven member libraries online at nepagives.org. There are also chances to win bonus funds that can enhance your donation when your chosen organization reaches a certain threshold, making your dollars stretch even further. This event is a great opportunity to help our Libraries in their mission to provide educational resources and materials and inspiring programs and events for our neighbors throughout Lackawanna County.

This year, we are hoping to use our NEPA Gives donations to purchase new tables and chairs for our Community Room so that it will be easier for those using the space to rearrange it for their needs. We hope you will help us with our "chair"ity next week!

All Summer (June 1 through August 31), Library Littles will be held two days a week! It will be the same program both Monday and Thursday so you can attend one or both if you child like repetition.
Beginning June 22, Monday Library Littles will be followed by Muddy Mondays - quick programs for children that play on our SummerQuest Theme "Unearth a Story".
