Town of Carbondale, CO Public Arts Commission The Town of Carbondale established CPAC to bring visual arts to Carbondale for the cultural enhancement of the community.

The Town of Carbondale established the Carbondale Public Arts Commission (CPAC) in 1999 to promote all forms of visual art to be displayed throughout our community, for the benefit of residents and visitors. CPAC established the annual Art aRound Town year-long exhibition, showcasing outdoor sculptures in highly visible places around the town of Carbondale, CO.
