I've been trying to schedule a pickup all morning and every time I call, I get hung up on..
I was stranded again at the AMC theater for the second time this year. the bus taking me to the 1pm movie was late so I didn't get there until 1:18pm . So I switched to a movie that started at 2:10 I had a return trip scheduled for 3:30 so I called several times to reschedule. I finaly got through at 3:15 and the dispatcher said they couldn't pick me up till 5:30 to 6. I said that was fine. but no bus ever came for me. I think it was the same female dispatcher that stranded me before . So I ad to call my best friend to take me home
I was abandoned by the service yesterday. I rode the bus to go see a movie . At 4:10pm I called to be picked up to go home. The operator said the bus would come at 5:30 or I could catch it at 5pm if I walked to Walmart. I couldn't walk that far. So I waited till 5:30. but that bus left Walmart and didn't stop for me. I called back but by then the office was closed. so I was stranded in the cold lobby. I called my best friend and thank god she drove down from desoto and took me home.
I WANNA THANK YOUR OPERATORS FOR NOT ANSWERING THE PHONES FOR THE LAST 15 MINUTES OF THE DAY!!!
I have to go to 2 places today. May I order a ride here while your phones are broken?
I wonder if your phones are out of order. I cannot get through but need a ride. Truly hoping you see this message. :)
It is increasingly difficult for people to get transportation with this Transit company. As a senor citizen, paying cab fare is not an option and buying huge quantities of food for one person to make fewer trips is also not an option for the perishable foods, so I make 2 or 3 grocery trips per week. I love the drivers. They are wonderful, but organizationally, something is slipping. Please fix whatever is broken. Signed~Hungry in Carbondale.
