Per City Council meeting dated 8/13/2025, the Park Pavilion is NOT available for reservation. I apologize to anyone who has made any upcoming reservations. We cannot guarantee the availability of the Pavilion for an event. It is first come, first serve only. Thank you for your cooperation and sorry for any inconveniences.

The City of Carlin will start enforcing water restrictions on June 22, 2026. We all need to do our part during this time of drought. This notice will also be mailed out to all Carlin Post Office boxes. Thank you for your cooperation.

Clean up starts Sunday at 7am! We still need volunteers to help pick up loads (either driving your truck/trailer or using your muscles). Lunch will be provided daily for volunteers. Please reach out to Public Works if you want to volunteer or if you need help. We do ask that if you are capable, please help load/unload your items. Thank you!
