Notice of Fee Change: Effective August 1, 2026, the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office will charge $0.50 per page for trust documents attached to deeds when e-filing.

In observance of the Friday before Easter the Cumberland County Courthouse is closed. The Recorder of Deeds will reopen Monday April 6th.

Cumberland County Government Buildings will open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3 due to inclement weather.

Operations will continue remotely where possible. Prescheduled in-person appointments prior to 10 a.m. must be rescheduled.

Anyone reporting for court should arrive at 10 a.m.

Courts: There will be no jury service Tuesday, Jan. 27. Court staff are monitoring road and parking conditions and will provide updates as soon as it is safe to report. Jurors should check ccweb.ccpa.net/jury or call 717.960.5511 each evening for further reporting instructions.

Counsel and defendants should continue to monitor the county website for further updates.
