Human trafficking can look different in every community, which is why education and awareness are so important.

Recently, our team had the opportunity to discuss with the Carlisle Area Sertoma club about human trafficking in Cumberland County, the services we provide to survivors, and the unique challenges of addressing trafficking in our community.

Education is a key part of prevention. We regularly provide trainings and educational opportunities for organizations, community groups, social clubs, and others on topics ranging from bystander intervention and digital safety to mandated reporting and human trafficking.

If your organization is looking for an opportunity to learn more and build the knowledge needed to help keep our community safe, we’re here to help.

We were excited to be with Amy Kehm on Good Day PA on ABC27 today, promoting our Baseball Camp for Deaf and Hard of Hearing youth!
If you know any child aged 5-15 who has hearing loss, please let us know! We have room for a few more campers!
The week long camp is FREE and includes a baseball game with Harrisburg Senators!

We recently presented $1000 scholarships to two local students going on to study Speech-Language pathology.

Ashleigh, a graduate of Boiling Springs HS, will be attending Penn State University.

Madeline, a graduate from Carlisle HS, will be going on to study at Lebanon Valley College.

Congratulations ladies! We can’t wait to hear about your accomplishments in the future years. 🎉👏👏
