Officers were dispatched to Ethelrob Circle in reference to an injured owl. Thanks to the help of the residents who called it in, officers were able to safely capture the owl. Special thanks to Erica Miller Wildlife Rehab for taking the owl in and providing it with the care it needs.

Thanks for the assist! Great team work!!!

On 08/29/2025, Franklin Officers were requested for mutual aid in the City of Carlisle in reference to subjects breaking into vehicles.

Upon entering into the City of Carlisle, Franklin Officer observed two vehicles east on Central
Ave toward the City of Franklin. The vehicles appeared to accelerate at a high rate of speed upon passing the Officer.

Officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop with the vehicles in which they fled. One of the vehicles was located on Art Ave in the City of Franklin, occupied by three juveniles.

All three juveniles from the Dayton area were taken into custody and transported to
Warren County Juvenile Detention Center on charges to include failure to comply, obstructing official business, and operating a motor vehicle with no license.

Take away: Do not attempt to steal cars in Warren County.

Union Rd to Fairview Dr (west).You will come to the barricades, just let them know you are unloading/ loading for National Night Out. Take the drive to the west side of the tennis courts, park there to unload/ load. Parking after unloading is by the school.
