🚧 **ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE** 🚧

CSX will close Union Road and Fairview Road at the railroad crossings beginning September 1st. The closures are expected to last approximately 3–4 days.

Detour routes will be posted. Please plan accordingly and allow extra travel time.

🚨🚂 ROAD CLOSURE REMINDER - RAILROAD DAYS PARADE TOMORROW! 🚂🚨

The 2026 Carlisle Railroad Days Parade rolls through town tomorrow morning, Saturday, August 15! Please be aware of temporary road closures and traffic impacts while our parade participants line up and make their way through Carlisle.

🚧 MEADOWLARK DRIVE CLOSURE
⏰ 7:00 AM–9:30 AM
📍 Meadowlark Drive will be closed between Bobby Place and Sunset Drive for parade lineup.

🏠 Residents who live within the closure WILL still be able to come and go. Staff will be on site and can move cones as needed to allow residents access. Letters have also been provided to those affected in the area.

🚔 DURING THE PARADE: Roads being used along the parade route will temporarily not be accessible while the parade is passing through. Roads will reopen as the parade makes its way through the route. Please plan accordingly and use extra caution around parade participants and spectators.

🚂 The parade kicks off a FULL Saturday of Railroad Days fun, so line the route, cheer everyone on, and then come spend the day with us!
