Fair Project Baking Day was a big success for 14 talented 4-H’ers! These young bakers made an impressive 288 muffins and even learned how to make homemade pretzels for the very first time. We are so proud of their hard work and can’t wait for everyone to see their baking projects at the Nicholas County Fair!

Attention Nicholas County Youth Livestock Exhibitors:

To qualify for the NCYLA Premium Sale, youth exhibitors are required to exhibit a minimum of one animal at the 2026 Nicholas County Fair (June 11-13) and commit to volunteering for at least two hours during the livestock shows (including gate, concessions, setup, and cleanup). For novice exhibitors aged 5-8, a parent or guardian's volunteer time is mandatory. Please plan accordingly.

🧵✨ The Nicholas County Homemakers Quilting Club has stitched together something truly special! ✨🧵

Our talented members each created a unique quilt square that has been lovingly pieced together into one beautiful handmade quilt — and now YOU have the chance to win it! ❤️

🎟️ Tickets are just $1 each!

Not only could you take home a one-of-a-kind handmade treasure, but every ticket purchased helps make a difference. All proceeds from the raffle will go toward 4-H Camp Scholarships to help send local campers in need to camp this summer. 💚🍀
