Please join us as we congratulate Dan Templeton on his promotion to Physical Plant Director. 🙌

He started his career with the IDOC as a Maintenance Foreman at WVCF in November 2012. In May 2021 he went to work as a Lead HVAC Technician for Wabash Plumbing. Then in January 2023 he returned to WVCF as a Maintenance Supervisor.

In addition to the experience he gained working at WVCF and Wabash Plumbing, he also has experience as a pipe fitter and in the electrical apprentice program.

He holds licenses and certifications in OSHA10/30, HVAC Training Indoor Air Type 2, HVAC Training Maintenance and Repair, HVAC Technician, Boiler Operator Third Class, Facility Operating Engineer Third Class as well as OSHA Industry Safety and Health Training.

The Employee Appreciation Committee (EAC) gave out gift cards in July to recognize staff for their continued effort to ensure the orderly running of WVCF. 😊
