🎉 Congratulations to Carlsbad High School BPA on an outstanding showing at the 2026 BPA National Leadership Conference in Nashville!
CHS BPA students competed against some of the top Business Professionals of America members in the nation and earned impressive honors in leadership, service, and competition.
🏆 Chapter Awards
• CHS BPA was one of only 12 chapters nationwide to receive the BPA Cares Marketing & Communications Award of Excellence, recognizing exceptional efforts to promote BPA within the school and community. (Out of more than 1,800 BPA chapters across the country.)
• CHS BPA was also one of only 38 chapters nationwide to earn the Quality Chapter of Distinction designation.
🏅 National Competitive Event Results
• Lily Moho — 3rd place (out of 70) in Health Administration Procedures
• Ashtyn Olivas — 4th place (out of 75) in Basic Office Systems & Procedures
• Yuki Ye — 4th place (out of 68) in Legal Office Procedures and recipient of a $250 Executive Council Scholarship
• Daniel Brummett — 7th place (out of 70) in Health Administration Procedures
• Mason Region — 9th place (out of 49) in Presentation – Individual
• Ashtyn Olivas, Grace Hendrickson, Bryce Mashaw, Miles Stephens, JD McCormack, Russell Silva, and Mario De Leon — 9th place (out of 32 teams) in Parliamentarian Procedures Team
🔥 Torch Awards – Ambassador Level
Seven CHS BPA members earned the highest BPA Torch Award: Ambassador. Students must complete and document extensive achievements in leadership, competition, citizenship, community service, and more to reach this level.
