AV CHEER TRYOUTS!!!
Attention: All 7th and 8th graders wanting to try out for AV Cheer!

Tryouts begin: Monday, June 15, 4:45 - 6:15 (The first 30 minutes will be checking physicals and paperwork with Coach Suggs.)

Where: AV Main Gym (Enter through the South gate by the Cafeteria)

What to wear: Stretchy clothes with tennis or cheer shoes (school appropriate). Hair should be OUT of the athlete's face.

Must Have: Current Physical and Online Parent Paperwork in order to begin try outs (can find these things on the CMS website under ATHLETICS)

CLOSED Tryout Format: Families will not be able to attend/watch during tryouts.

Another successful year in the books. The last day was amazing as we continued our yearly tradition of celebrating our 8th graders with a “Cavemen clap-out.” We wish everyone a safe, fun summer.

Friendly reminder that today, 5/22, is the last day of school! We will be on an early-out schedule with student dismissal at 2:30 p.m. Thank you for your support throughout the school year. We wish all of our students and families a safe, fun, and relaxing summer break!

Free athletic physicals will be offered on Tuesday, 5/12, from 6:00–9:00 p.m. at CHS for students planning to participate in athletics during the upcoming school year.

Boys physicals will take place in the Field House.

Girls physicals will take place in the Main Gym.

Please take advantage of this opportunity to complete your student’s required athletic physical for the 2026-2027 school year.

Attention 8th grade families!

PARENT MEETING ALERT!!!

It’s that time again. We will have a parent meeting for everyone that is planning on playing football at the High School next year: 9th-12th grade.

Tuesday April 28th at 6 PM in the little theatre at the High School. (connected to the Cafeteria).

Please share this to anyone and everyone. To many times we have issues and many of these are covered at this meeting.
