Hi, my name is Shana and I am a certified massage therapist who has completed 670+ hour diploma program at Lake Superior college. I have lived in Carlton County Minnesota for most of my life, and enjoy everything to do with being outdoors. I chose to be a massage therapist because I love working with people and helping them to feel better. Chronic muscle pain is something I know first hand is hard to live with, and my own healing journey has given me a deeper understanding of the pain and needs of my clients. I base my sessions around each client’s unique needs and preferences with my main goal being their improved well-being. I strive to give every person I work with the best massage possible for their healing and highest good. I would describe my style as therapeutic and intuitive; I allow my hands to be guided to where it is needed most while thoroughly working every muscle in the area. I believe everyone deserves to experience pain free movement, and by doing this work, I get to help people achieve that freedom. I look forward to the opportunity to work with the wonderful people of the Carlton Wellness Center community. 😊
