We feel pretty lucky for the beautiful weather we had at our 3rd Time's a Charm Tree Project Day with the Carlyle Lake, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers -- this time: Boulder Campground edition.
We have loved helping our community through 3 days of service in restaking young trees in our campgrounds and recreational areas surrounding Carlyle Lake.

The 2026 Carlyle FFA Banquet has come to a close and what a night it was with over 240 members, guests, supporters and sponsors present in the banquet hall. It was a night of celebration, accomplishments and goal-achieving and setting. Thank you to Bretz Wildlife for providing such a delicious meal and amazing venue for our members for this evening each year! From degrees to participation awards to honorary degrees to sponsor recognition, we have so much to be grateful for in our program!
Also, thank you to the Broughtons and Traditions Portrait Designs for the backdrop pieces.

What an evening rounding out the year at the Section 21 Banquet hosted here in Carlyle at Bretz Wildlife. Tonight celebrated a year of chapter accomplishments and successes.
Thank you to our own, Hunter Rich, for his year of service serving our section and state... along with the last 6 years of him in the Carlyle FFA Chapter.
Congratulations (& thank you) to Cooper Diekemper on completing your year of service as a Section Sentinel and being newly elected and installed as Section Reporter.
Congratulations to our own Sawyer Johnson also on being elected to serve on the Section officer team as Secretary!
Thank you to the Clinton, Marion, and Washington County Farm Bureaus on your contributions to our section banquet this year!
We had numerous members in celebration this evening and are looking forward to our chapter banquet tomorrow evening!

What a great day to Celebrate the Outdoors at the Carlyle Lake Earth Day Event with the Carlyle Lake, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers! Our members hosted a great agriculture expo with animals and trivia! Thank you to the community businesses for lunch and for all of the incredible students today. It wouldn't be Earth Day without a little rain! 🌧 We also were friends with Smokey the Bear again this year!
