🎨 Reflecting on an incredible summer of creativity! 🎨

Our Teen Art Takeover was a six-week art course created especially for our teens, and we were so excited to partner with to bring this experience to the library!

One of the highlights was a field trip to Hudson Valley Inter Arts, where our teens explored digital art and learned how to transform their hand-drawn artwork into digital designs that could be edited, customized, and eventually printed on a T-shirt they get to take home! 👕✨ How cool is that?!

We are incredibly grateful to the Putnam Arts Council for awarding us the funding that made this amazing opportunity possible for our community’s teens throughout the summer. ❤️

We loved watching our teens learn, create, experiment, and discover new ways to express themselves! 🎨💻✨

This project is made possible, in part, through the Putnam Art's Council's Arts Link Grant Program with public funds provided through the NY State Council on the Arts with support from the Office of the Governor and the NY State Legislature
