With limited inventory, most areas are technically still in a seller’s market but buyers have options! Let’s chat and discuss yours! I’m happy to connect you with lenders who are always available for a conversation to answer your questions!!

We are paying $20.00 per hour. Pics of our farm can be found at www.misfitfarms.com. Resumes can be sent to Teri Herrera at [email protected]. We do prefer someone with farming/growing experience."

First Light Farm's "LEARN AND GROW" PROGRAM with JEREMY HOUSTON
An On-Site, Experiential Seasonal Growing Program for Beginning and Intermediate Growers
There's so much to learn if you want to know how to grow your own vegetables. Join this small group of individuals in this experiential class with First Light Farm's farm manager, Jeremy Houston, and become confident on how to grow your own vegetables. Two-three hours on Sunday afternoons, March through October.
You'll grow your own food by learning soil prep and amendments, seeding and propagation, familiarity with planting, different crops, seasonal cycles, and crop rotation. You'll also learn how to use some small equipment, irrigation techniques, w**d and pest control, harvest techniques, and how to build a high tunnel. You will also be able to sell any of your produce at First Light Farm's farm stand. You'll participate in our community of farmers and learn the skills you'll need to become proficient as a grower.
Email for cost, details and additional program description. Join the First Light Farm team for a great season of growing! We'd love to have you join as part of our program!
Check out our menu and calendar for this coming week! Call 425-333-4152 to reserve your lunches and www.snovalleysenior.org to see our upcoming programs and classes.

Carnation (previously Tolt), is a rural western Washington community. Within easy reach of Seattle, Carnation features an abundance of natural beauty and outdoor experiences. Framed by the Cascade foothills and located where the Tolt and Snoqualmie Rivers meet, Carnation is in one of the most productive agricultural regions in the Northwest. The town was named after the world-famous Carnation Milk Company, a dairy that located in Tolt at Carnation Farms in 1910.
