Starting Thursday November 6th, Duquesne Light will be replacing poles along Carothers Avenue. This will cause major traffic issues and there will be parking restrictions in place as well. There will be teams of flaggers and an officer assisting with traffic, but unless absolutely necessary, you should avoid the area and find alternate routes. The job will last through next week.
