A great day for the City of Carnesville! ❤️
A huge thank you to Georgia Power’s ERG Legacy Project Committee, SEED (Sustainability, Education, Engagement, Development), APA (Asian Pacific American), and the Tallulah Falls chapter Citizens of Georgia Power for partnering with the City of Carnesville to help make exciting improvements to our park! We are incredibly grateful to have been awarded a $10,000 grant to support these park enhancements and invest in our community.
Today’s workday was a wonderful success, and we are incredibly grateful for the 20 volunteers who gave their time and energy to help revamp and enhance this special community space. Their hard work will have a lasting impact for families, children, and visitors who enjoy our park.
Mayor and City Council would like to express their sincere appreciation to everyone involved in making this project possible. We are excited to see these improvements come to life and look forward to creating an even better place for our community to gather, play, and make memories.
Thank you again to Georgia Power and every volunteer who helped make today such a meaningful day for the City of Carnesville!
