There has been someone in the community calling the Lincoln County Emergency Management and complaining in regards of the volume of the storm sirens in Carney. The Lincoln County Emergency Management has nothing to do with the sirens in Carney so please stop calling them and complaining. The sirens are set and we can’t change the volume of them. There is a requirement that they be tested weekly. If you have complaints, get on the agenda and we’ll discuss it further at the Carney City Council Meeting. Thank you
