Thank you all so much for what you have just accomplished with pushing this bill as well as everything else you folks have done. The Dole family has given so much with a lifetime of leadership and stewardship. I ran my own nonprofit for 17 years helping veterans in areas others were not, including pushing for recognition of biochem and other toxic warfare originating with supporting the Congressional GWI study of 2008.
More recently I have been compiling data showing the use of toxins on military posts along with elements that by themselves or combines with others create serious heath risks. We have been consistent with our presentations and have gained quite a bit of ground toward more study. I am rated ###% disabled including ###% for neurological damage. These environmental disasters also have a significant reach into the water tables. I found a haz mat study for Pope Air Force Base detailing toxic materials and their natural drainage into the Cape Fear River which is one of the worst rivers in our country for PFAS, yet is the source of drinking water for a large section of Southeast North Carolina. I am looking for another report on Ft Bragg - however the government appears not to talk about the elements tested and used on the ranges. Senator Reigle’s report includes testimony about the Special Operations Department at Ft Detrick that demonstrated highly toxic agents to Special Forces at Bragg during Vietnam but rarely kept records for obvious reasons.
Our government, along with other powers having mustard gas and similar toxic agents from WW1 decided to put them in sealed containers that would hold for 50 years and then sink them in surplus ships all around the world to get rid of them. 50 years is long past. One ship was sunk about 100 miles southwest of San Francisco. As it turns out that was a gathering spot for whales which began to wash up on shore not that long ago. The world’s fish population may well have been seriously damaged by these poisons.

Just sent this to DOJ for guidance.

I am an old disabled vet disgusted by the impeachment charade I testified as a CPA expert witness in numerous courts. I belong to neither party. This blatant Congressional charade is simply intolerable. Can I sue Congress to contest their actions and disqualify the participants?
They speak of their oath - it’s my oath too and I’ll be damned if they dishonor it. Can I challenge them for their oath violations?
I have severe neurological conditions as do many other vets because these amoral sob’s continue to sell us out.
Finally, because so many are suffering from bio/chem/nuclear exposures can we legally send things that were contaminated we used or handled to Congress to send them the message with a physical reminder in their office? After all, they put us into the position for us to do it. Thank you in advance
