Carrington Ambulance Service enjoyed lots of cute smiles and waves as we distributed LifeVacs to local daycare centers. This initiative follows a previous donation of Dechokers to these centers two years ago, which have since expired. The new LifeVacs are designed to enhance child safety and recovery in potential choking incidents. Additionally, Foster County Public Health has also received a LifeVac as part of this effort. Each daycare center received instructional guidance on the proper use of the LifeVacs, supplementing the clear instructions provided with the device, to ensure effective utilization in emergency situations until EMS crews arrive.

✨We are pleased to announce our collaboration with Foster County Public Health on a special project. ✨
Their assistance has facilitated the acquisition of a versatile car seat capable of accommodating children weighing between 5-65lbs. This car seat will serve as an additional resource to ensure the safety of our pediatric patients. We appreciate the teamwork and support provided by Foster County Public Health, which will allow Carrington Ambulance to better serve our community! ♥️🚑
