Carroll’s annual Color Run will be held on June 6th - Caring Hearts will be throwing color again this year and cheering on the participants! Afterwards everyone will meet at the campground for breakfast!

Child abuse isn’t always obvious. It often shows up in small signs and behavior changes. Knowing what to look for can make all the difference.

👀 Physical signs:
• Unexplained bruises, burns, or injuries
• Injuries in different stages of healing
• Fear of going home or flinching when touched

💔 Emotional signs:
• Extreme behavior (very withdrawn, anxious, or aggressive)
• Low self-esteem or constant negativity
• Lack of attachment to a caregiver

⚠️ Sexual abuse warning signs:
• Age-inappropriate sexual knowledge or behavior
• Sudden fear of certain people or places
• Regression (bedwetting, thumb-sucking again)
