Foundation Friends,

We implore you to use your right to vote for the candidates that support your vision for Carroll in the upcoming November 2nd election. Change is inevitable, but when guided by individuals that speak for what you hold dear and value what is important in our community it can be powerful.

Not only do these individuals consistently show us that they value Carroll, they also show strong values that we want to represent our community.

Make time to get to the polls or vote absentee so that your values, wishes and the city's integrity continue to thrive and be valued by your city leaders.

Thank you to everyone that has donated, volunteered and supported the New Carroll, New Library Project! We can officially say we have reached our $2.5 million in fundraising!
