The Maroon PEARLS enjoyed gentle yoga and meditation with Mrs. Shanna this afternoon🤍 They learned all about the positive effects that meditation has on their mental health. How every action doesn’t need a reaction, and how important it is to be in tune with our bodies and our thoughts. She spoke with them about being kind and uplifting to others with our words because words are SO powerful. They ended the meeting by telling each other things they liked about one another and it was an instant mood booster. The girls asked if this could be a monthly thing because they enjoyed it so much! Proud of the way they represented CMS. Thank you to CMS Jr.Beta Club for the refreshments today and a huge thank you again to Mrs. Shanna for offering up her time to support the younger generation👏🏼 We missed our girls that had sport obligations and look forward to having them all here for the next one!
