We had our first Senior Swim this morning. We had a nice crowd. If you are over 60 and like to exercise in the pool, join us next Tuesday at 9:00 am.

Swim lessons levels

Level 1–intro to water skills. Blow bubbles, bob, float glide, kicks, arm movements,and learn to put face in the water

Level 2–same thing as level 1–more advanced and more time spent on swimming strokes

Level 3–stroke development—more concentration on swim strokes, beginning diving

Level 4-stroke improvement—more time spent on swim strokes and swimming longer stretches, basic diving from side of pool

Level 5–refining strokes, longer distances, diving-side of pool and board
