NOTICE!!!
The City of Carrollton is accepting resumes for the City Treasurer’s position. This is a full-time
position with a benefits package. The position is appointed by the mayor, and approved by the
city council. Bookkeeping and payroll experience needed. Salary will be based on experience,
and discussed during hiring process. If interested, please submit a resume and contact our
office with any questions.

Cleanup Days
In Carrollton
Cleanup items must be taken to a dumpster that will be located in the sewer facility at Sixth Street and Cemetery Road behind the
City Shed.
Days for disposal are May 20th through May 22nd from 7am to 7pm, and May 23rd from 8am to noon.
The following items will not be accepted: yard waste, hazardous materials, kerosene, fuel oil, building materials, tires, refrigerators, air conditioners, and paint of any kind.
NO ITEMS are to be left outside the gate after hours.

City of Carrollton is taking applications for summer help for the Public Works Department. Applications can be picked up at Carrollton City Hall 621 S. Main Street. Any questions please call 217-942-3814. The City has the right to reject or refuse any and all applications.

The City will not be picking up leaves again this year. Please do not pile leaves in ditches, curbs, or right-a-ways. We are giving away leaf bags that are available at City Hall.
