Carrollton Police Officers' Association Proudly Serving The Community of Carrollton
In this day and age, despite the lack of funding and personnel, we do our very best to make sure you and your family feel safe and comfortable, so that while we patrol the streets, you sleep soundly. Please think of us in your prayers and thoughts; this is truly a dangerous job. Businesses are encouraged to help support our Mission by sponsoring a “DonorAd” on our website and directly connecting with our membership and community partners. Please fill out the business supporter contact form for more information. The Carrollton Police Officers' Association, in serving the people of Carrollton, strives to reduce crime and provide the safest environment possible, for our residents and businesses alike, through three core principals: - Partnering with our community members - Providing greater communication through a robust website and social media platform - Partnering with local businesses to create a safe and profitable economic environment

The Carrollton Police Officers' Association was founded in 1990 . The goal of the Carrollton Police Officers' Association is to partner with the community and provide quality police service through community interaction, emphasizing the highest degree of cooperation, professionalism and ethical behavior, and to create an atmosphere of safety and security. Our community policing approach helps neighborhoods keep safe by working with our police officers daily. The Carrollton Police Officers' Association is active in our community and many of our members volunteer in Carrollton and the communities where they live. We have proudly served the community of Carrollton for the last 25 years. We are committed to not only the safety of our citizens and business but to providing charitable contributions to those in our community who need our help the most. Currently we are involved with the Wounded Warrior Project, Metrocrest Social Services, and Team Texas for Families of Fallen Officers', charitable organizations.

Mission: The Carrollton Police Offecers' Association was organized for the purpose of serving the community of Carrollton, its residents, and perpetuating the memory and spirit of police officers who have given their lives in the line of duty. Our mission is to partner with the community and provide quality police services through community interaction that emphasize cooperation, professionalism and ethical behavior. In addition, the Association has adopted the following objectives: • Support community based charities in and around the Carrollton area • Honor the memory of officers injured or killed in the line of duty • Collect, organize, and disseminate such information as might be helpful to the member in the performance of duties • Promote social fellowship and well-being of the members • Promote complete cooperation and unified action with the various police organizations of the state • Defray such legal and other expenses as may be incurred in upholding the interests of the Association and its members

To our community,
We can fight the injustices of inequality and racism together to better our future for the next generation. We understand your pain and want your voice to be heard and understood.
We join you in opposing those disrupting civil discourse to further their violent agenda. Together we can unite to reach a common understanding and goal.
We want to thank all of those helping us #ProtectThePeace to ensure that those on both sides can go home safely at the end of the day so we can continue the positive conversation for change into tomorrow.
Thank you,

In 1962, President John F. Kennedy signed a proclamation which designated May 15th as Peace Officers Memorial Day and the week in which that date falls as Police Week.
This year unfortunately due to the current state of the COVID-19 outbreak means we cannot gather in person to show our support but we as a nation will stand together and honor these heroes for all that they put on the line each and every day.
The NLEOMF will be holding the annual Candlelight Vigil online via streaming on Wednesday, May 13th to commemorate the brave men and women who gave their lives for our country.
Please share to help spread the word and thank you for standing by your local Law Enforcement!

It’s a real shame Carrollton civil servants employed as Peace Officers have had their OC removed from carry on duty. This is horrible. OC helps de-escalate aggressive situations. What is the City of Carrollton thinking? Next Carrollton civil servants employed as Peace Officers have been issued uniforms that are poorly made by Blauer. This brand is horrible. Poorly made and what I noticed they were wool blend. Hello? This is Texas and it’s hot.
Hello, allow me to introduce myself. I am Shashane Wallace, an author working on a current novel that includes a main character who is a police officer. To have a true depiction of the daily life of a police officer, shift system, ranking and procedures, I am looking to connect with an officer who would not be bothered too much to answer a few questions. I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you.
Thank you for all you do for us!
