Historic Plough Day at the Masterson House

Step back in time and join us for a truly special day in Carroll County! The Carroll County Conservation District is proud to partner with the Port William Historical Society and Carroll County Cooperative Extension Service for a historical celebration right here in our community.

Come watch a live horse and disk demonstration, help set heirloom vegetables in the garden, and, if you’re feeling brave, try your hand at driving the horse yourself! 🐴

This is a wonderful opportunity for families, history lovers, and anyone who appreciates the roots of agriculture in our region. Don’t miss it!

Beef Producers: Your Input Matters!
The University of Kentucky Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment is seeking beef cow-calf producers to participate in a Fescue Toxicosis Survey.
Your feedback will help researchers better understand how fescue toxicosis impacts herds and develop practical mitigation strategies for producers across the region.
