Today's U.S. Supreme Court decision means Nevada's mail ballot law remains safe and the USPS recommendation remains the same - if you are returning a ballot in the mail, remember to do so 7 days before the election to ensure it arrives in time.

Mail voting remains one of the most popular ways Nevadans cast their ballots. In the 2026 Primary Election, 60% of voters voted by mail, and nearly 86% of Nevada voters have used a mail ballot since 2022.
