This incredible organization rescues countless dogs from euthanasia, and transports them all over! We have even been lucky enough to foster a few of these wonderful pups 🐾

To wrap up 2025, whole and half pigs are 15% off for all orders placed this week! This will be our last round of pigs for a while and will be a great chance to stock up on pastured pork before winter
🥓 Orders can be custom cut and there is the option to include bacon, sausage, ham and more.
🍁Price is based on the total weight of the meat you receive, usually around 100 lbs/half pig. Whole hogs are $10.50/lb and halves are $11/lb. 15% will be taken off the total price. A $300 deposit secures your spot for Nov harvest. Bacon, ham, sausage, and more smoked products are available for a small additional fee. Harvest date is Nov. 21st
🍂Interested? Dm us with your email and if you’d like a whole or half pigs are and I’ll send you an invoice for the deposit amount.

Sept. Updates from the Ranch 🌾
Fall is a busy season for us between our fall beef sale, weaning calves, selecting and buying bulls with high quality genetics, moving cattle around as part of our rotational grazing practices, and so much more!
🥩 Back to School Sale! 🥩
For every $100 spent this week you will get a FREE package of butcher’s cut steaks! Also a number of other cuts are discounted, including ground beef 🙌🏻 Our farm stand will be open today (9/17) 3pm- 5:30 pm (closing a hair earlier than our usual 6pm today as the little one has a swim lesson) as well as Saturday (9/20) 10am-2pm. The rest of our fall schedule will be posted soon!
🌱Whole/Half beef
I have a handful of spots available for whole/half beef orders remaining for 2025. In my opinion, fall is the optimal time to stock your freezer as the steers are looking great after a long summer on quality native forage! Please dm me for all the details
🍂Online box deal restock is coming soon! Because we have been so busy and I do a good portion of the ranch work in addition to this side of the business, I have had to delay my restock in order to wrap up more time sensitive tasks. Keep an eye on our stories and posts for the update that the website is restocked. Your patience is so greatly appreciated!

Summer on the ranch 🌱☀️
We’ve been busy cutting hay, moving cow/calf pairs to summer pastures, and so much more! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted so here are the updates!
🥩The farm stand is FULLY restocked with all beef cuts! I will be open Wednesday (7/9) 3pm-6pm & Saturday (7/12) 10am-2pm. I’ll also be open 7/23 & 7/26. The schedule for the rest of summer will be posted shortly. Website restock coming as soon as I’m able as well.
☀️I have a handful of spots for whole/half beef remaining for 2025. If you’ve been thinking about filling your freezer, please don’t hesitate to dm me and we can go over the details.
🥓Individual pork cuts will be in stock at the farm stand the week of 7/23. I do currently have a handful of pork shares (approx. 1/6th of a pig) available now, please comment or send me a message for more details.
We’ve had some unavoidable delays with the butchering process and I so appreciate everyone’s patience!

🌸Spring Ground Beef Sale🌸
I’ve decided to extend our spring ground beef sale at our farm stand and online! Individual packages of dry aged ground beef & ground beef boxes are 15% off through the weekend 🍔
The farm stand is also fully stocked with all sorts of cuts of our grass fed, grass finished beef, including our new Tomahawk Steaks! 🥩 Come by to stock your freezer or just pick up an incredible locally raised steak or roast for your Easter dinner.

🐮 Also, for the first time ever we will be offering three dairy/ dairy cross heifers as prospective family milk cows. I know so many of you have expressed the desire to own a family milk cow & get your own raw milk! This is a great opportunity to bring home any of the three cuties shown in the last two pictures. The first two pictured (slide 3) are Jersey X Charolais heifers, the other shown (slide 4) is pure Holstein; all three have been exposed to a Hereford bull and should calve Dec. 2025. DM me for more details!

Feeling like spring 🌱
The grass is growing, there are calves everywhere, and it’s finally starting to feel like spring around here!
🌟To celebrate, ground beef will be 15% off this Saturday!🌟Our farm stand will be open 10am-2pm at 4900 Carson River Rd in Carson City and I have a full inventory of cuts from our grass fed and grass finished beef 🥩 including our new tomahawk steaks! Come by to stock your freezer, see the calves, & take advantage of one of our rare ground beef sales 🤗

Ranch life & Farm Stand updates 🌾☀️🥩
Spring is hinting at it’s approach and we are all ready to welcome it around here! The majority of the momma cows have had their calves and we are feeding slightly less hay daily (a little over 2 tons/day). And the grass is starting to grow! 🌱
The Farm Stand will be open this week on Wednesday (3/5) 3pm-6pm & Saturday (3/8) 10am-2pm. Our website is fully restocked, and every order placed this week will enter you to win 1 of 3 giant racks of back ribs! 🥩 I will also have our clearance freezer out this week, which will be stocked with damaged cuts.
One last update, I also have a very limited number of pork shares available! 🥓 These are 25 lb & 50 lb packages of pre-selected cuts including bacon, pork chops, ham, and a variety of sausage flavors. Comment below if you’re interested! ⬇️
