Tough Topics for Teens: Fentanyl and Opioid Abuse

Join us to learn about fentanyl and how to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose. We’ll cover basics on opioids and overdose prevention and discuss strategies and resources to support teens and families affected by opioid abuse. For ages 13-17.

This program is part of LA County Library’s My Brother’s Keeper mentoring program and features an MBK Peer Advocate as a co-host and youth mentor. Funding is provided by the LA County Department of Public Health.
