Good morning, Red Top people! We have an exciting lineup of programs today.

- AT 10 AM we have our Rock n' Roll on Iron Hill Hike(free)

- Then at 3 PM, we have our Meditation at the Park (free) at the historic cabin located behind the Visitor Center

- And to wrap things up, at 8:30 PM, we have our Night Hike and Scorpion Hunt Hike($6 per person) on the Sweetgum Trail.

Don’t forget: our monthly Meditation at the Park is this Sunday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Historic Cabin.
The event itself is free, but please note there is a $10 parking fee.
Seating is limited, so we encourage you to bring your own chair, blanket, or mat to sit on. We also ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes early so everyone can get comfortable and we can begin on time.

We hope you had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend. If you’re still looking for a fun-filled activity for your little one, join us today at 2 PM for our From Seed to Plant program!
Bring your child to the park for this engaging 45-minute program where we’ll explore how a plant grows and discover the different parts of a plant and a seed. At the end, each child will get to plant a seed of their very own to take home and watch grow.
This program is designed especially for children ages 3–7. Come have some fun with us at Red Top Mountain State Park!
