RSVP of SI is accepting donated socks and underwear for adults and children as part of the volunteer group's celebration of Martin Luther King Day. Feel free to drop off at our office or call and we will come and pick up. We will donate items to local shelters. We will also be participating at the MLK Jr. Community Celebration in Carbondale at the Community Center from 1-3pm on January 18th. Stop by and see us at our table!

Check this out! We know exercise and eating well is good for our body, but it is also good for our mind!

Engaging in regular exercise can make a difference for your brain as well as the rest of your body. Find ways to get your body moving, like going for a walk or joining an exercise class. Make sure to include activities that raise your heart rate and increase blood flow to the brain and body.
