Congratulations to Our Trap Team!

Our Trap Team did an outstanding job representing our school at the National Championship!

Competing against the top 280 teams and 1,800 individual shooters from across the nation, our athletes showcased tremendous skill, focus, and sportsmanship. Despite facing some challenging targets during the team competition, they finished with an impressive team score of 437 out of 500.

A special congratulations goes to Carson Crump, who advanced to the individual finals after shooting an outstanding 98 out of 100. Carson finished 104th in the nation—an incredible accomplishment among the country's top shooters.

We are incredibly proud of our entire Trap Team for their dedication, hard work, and the outstanding way they represented our school on the national stage. Congratulations on an amazing season!

It was a busy and exciting weekend for our Comet musicians!

On Friday morning, our CHS Camerata Singers proudly performed the National Anthem to open the Old Glory Classic at Carlowden Golf Course—a tournament held to honor our military community.

On Saturday, seven members of our 5th Grade Symphonic Band spent the day rehearsing and performing with the NYSBDA Elementary Honor Band, a statewide ensemble featuring the top young musicians across New York.
