The purpose of the Mississippi FFA Alumni Association is to support and promote FFA activities and agricultural education on local, state and nation levels. To provide a tie to and assist FFA and agricultural education personnel to
involve former members, supporters and volunteers in worthy activities. To promote greater knowledge of the agricultural industry and support
education in agriculture.

To cooperate with the Mississippi FFA Board of Directors and the
Mississippi FFA Foundation. To promote and maintain an appreciation of the American free enterprise
system. To promote the personal development of the FFA and FFA alumni
members and volunteers.

Thank you to everyone who has worked with me over the years that I have served as Mississippi FFA Alumni and Supporters Coordinator. I have enjoyed working with everyone. I have enjoyed seeing us recognize individuals and help FFA. I thank my family for allowing me to serve and helping me with so many activities. Since 1991 I have served on a volunteer basis in this position. It is time for someone else to take this position and I ask you to support them and help this organization to grow and to provide opportunities for FFA members.
I give a special thank you to all who had a part in presenting me the Golden Boy rifle as my retirement gift. It was too generous, but it will always be a truly special gift that I will always cherish.
I hope to see you at an activity in the future. God Bless.
