Carthage FFA is hosting a Car Wash Fundraiser to help send our members to the 98th Annual Texas FFA State Convention in Fort Worth, TX!

Come out to the Carthage AutoZone on June 6th, 2026, from 9AM to 2PM!

All Donations are accepted

Introducing your 2026 - 2027 Carthage FFA Chapter Student Advisor

Kooper Knighton
Class of 2027

While serving as Chapter Student Advisor, Kooper will assist the Advisors in these duties.

• Supervise chapter activities year-round.

• Inform prospective students and parents about FFA.

• Instruct students in leadership and personal development.

• Build school and community support for the program.

• Encourage involvement of all chapter members in activities.

• Prepare students for involvement in career development events and leadership programs.

Introducing your 2026-2027 Carthage FFA Chapter Historian!

Callie Groves
Class of 2028

As the Chapter Historian, Callie will be responsible for the following.

Develop and maintain a scrapbook of memorabilia to record the chapter’s history.

• Research and prepare items of significance of the chapter’s history.

• Prepare displays of chapter activities and submit stories of former members to the media.

• Assist the reporter in providing
photography for chapter needs.

Hobbies: I enjoy participating in Belles/dance, sewing, and golf.
Event Teams: Greenhand chapter conducting, Greenhand quiz, Senior quiz, Vet science
SAE: Ag Mech Project
Goals: A goal I have for myself as an Officer is to learn how to set boundaries while still respecting others.

What does FFA mean to you?
FFA to me is my second family that I know will support me no matter what.

Hobbies: I enjoy hunting and fishing, and I’m very involved in FFA. I also like spending time with my friends and family, and I enjoy participating in FFA events.
Event Teams: My LDE is farm skills. My CDE’s are Tractor Tech, Applied Ag Engineering, ATMS, and Entomology
SAE: Constructed an Ag Mech Project and Exhibited a Pig

Big congrats for Kooper Knighton for placing 3rd at the Hawkins FFA Speaking contest with his very first Speaking Development event! Headed to the next contest on Monday 4/27.
