We aim to maintain equity, heterogeneity, and create opportunity for intergenerational wealth accumulation by offering long-term affordable single family homes for purchase. The homes offered

for purchase will visually integrate into the neighborhood. The homes will be made with high-quality quality materials to maintain longevity of the structure.
