We are excited to announce that Mad Science is returning to Carpenter and is offering Fall Sessions this year! These sessions will last for six weeks and the theme for these sessions will be Crazy Chemworks Lab. This program will explore the chemistry of everyday life. Students will perform exciting hands-on experiments in a safe and confidence building environment.

Mad Science is open to students at Carpenter in Grades 1-5. Mad Science will meet after school at Carpenter on Tuesdays at 3:45PM - 5:15PM.
- Tracks 2 and 3, Mad Science will start on 09/15.
- Tracks 1 and 4, Mad Science will start on 10/27.

Exciting news! Chess Club, hosted by Triangle Chess, is coming back to Carpenter Elementary this year. Students in 2nd Grade - 5th Grade are welcome to participate.

Chess Club will meet at Carpenter Elementary, on Thursdays from 3:45PM - 5:00PM starting on September 17th.

To Infinity and Beyond! 🚀

We are overwhelmed by our Chameleons today! You truly showed during this fundraiser what it means to come together as a community!

Thanks to the generosity of amazing community, together, we not only met our goal of $10,000, we exceeded it! We collected an incredible $13,456.38 for our school with 100% of the money raised going directly to the school to benefit your students!

It was a competitive race, but in the end… 🏁
- First Place: 4th Grade for a SECOND year in a row!
- Second Place: 1st Grade
- Third Place: 2nd Grade

Again, thank you so much! We had a friend in you!💚A special shout-out to our dedicated staff and our wonderful principal, who dressed up as Bo Peep to deliver the trophy to our champions! 🐑✨

We are excited because TOMORROW at 12PM is the final day of our Charitable Chameleon Coin Challenge and we are expecting to reach for the sky tomorrow.

So far Chameleons have raised over $4,000 and ALL the money raised directly benefits the school and your student(s) since this is an in house fundraiser!

Bring in your coins, cash and checks tomorrow to make sure your donation is counted as part of the Coin Challenge!

Chameleons,

After today we have TWO more days left in the Coin Challenge. Thank you to everyone that has participated so far. The students have loved looking at the scores everyday and competing against one another.

At the end of the day, everyone is a winner because all funds raised benefit Carpenter and your students. But, we know these students really want bragging rights and prizes as well.

We have THREE days left in our Charitable Chameleons Coin Challenge. Bring in your coins, cash and checks to make sure your Grade gets counted in the challenge!

Second Grade is holding onto first place but Kindergarten has moved into second place. Please remember, the scoreboard includes positive and negative coins/cash/checks so they will not add up to the Total Collected number at the top.
