Final Pool ID session and General reminders
We will be holding our 6th and FINAL Pool ID Session on MONDAY, June 30th from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the top floor of the Clubhouse, see details below.
After this date we will be creating/updating Pool IDs for the remainder of the 2025 season by request ONLY as our volunteers' schedules allow. To make a request, please email the Pool Committee with some preferred times/dates to meet. Please note that requests are subject to volunteer availability, and volunteers may not be available on all days throughout the summer.
General reminders:
Guest fees are one source of the pool's income that allow us to flexibly purchase items needed for the pool throughout the season, including deep end bands and maintenance items. As part of your Pool ID signup, you agreed to follow the community pool rules, including our guest policy. As a reminder, on Saturdays, Sundays, and weekday pool party days guests are allowed in for $5 per guest, please bring EXACT CHANGE to cover all your guests over the age of 3 (maximum 5 guests per household). Our lifeguards are unable to make change, and guests may not be admitted if the fee cannot be collected. This includes unaccompanied minors with guest privileges; parents, please be sure your child brings cash to cover their guest. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly!
Please check the Pool Calendar for dates and details around early closures, swim team practices, and pool events. Parents of unaccompanied minors: there may be days (particularly at the end of the summer) where there will only be an attendant on duty (no lifeguards). We leave it at your discretion as to whether you would like you child to visit the pool during these times, given that no lifeguard will be actively watching the water. Staffing notes are indicated in the Pool Calendar each day, so if this is a concern for you, please be sure to check the pool calendar daily.
A reminder that the Pool Committee does not manage UAS (Unsupervised Adult Swim), Clubhouse rentals or usage, or the Tennis courts. Please click the included links for additional details on these amenities.
Pool ID session details:
For new residents, or existing residents who need Pool ID updates: our next Pool ID session will be Monday, June 30th, from 5:30-7pm at the top floor of the Clubhouse. No appointment needed, please come at your convenience. Once we start working with you, the process usually takes about 10 minutes.
If you need assistance or cannot otherwise access the top floor, please let us know in advance if possible that you plan to attend and we will make arrangements to meet you downstairs.
As a reminder:
You DO NOT NEED to attend a pool ID session if:
You already have a Pool ID number from a previous year and do not need any changes made to your account
You are not interested in using the pool this year
You SHOULD ATTEND a pool ID session this season if:
You do not already have a Pool ID number and want to use the pool this season
This applies to both new homeowners and new renters (renters -- see below for extra steps you must follow to receive a Pool ID)
This also applies to existing homeowners who have not used the pool in over 10 years
You have a Pool ID number but need to make changes, such as:
You have children who have aged up and you'd like them to receive unaccompanied minor benefits (see the Pool Rules for details)
You need to add a new resident (age 10+) to your household/account who needs access to the pool
You need to add a caregiver or nanny to your account (you should plan to bring this person to the session with you)
To help make the Pool ID process go more smoothly, we ask all eligible residents and tenants to please bring with them:
A completed Pool ID Form (we will also have forms available at the session),
A photo ID (or utility bill + photo ID) that shows your Oxxford Hunt address,
Any residents ages 10+ you would like to have access to the pool, so we can take their photos for the account.
More information about the Pool ID process can be found on the Oxxford Hunt Website.
RENTERS/TENANTS: In order for us to be able to create a Pool ID for you, you must first be verified as a renter/tenant through Omega Management. To be verified, your landlord MUST send an email to Laura Moushegian ([email protected]) confirming that you are the current renter/tenant of that OXH address. Please make sure they do this a few days prior to the pool ID session to give enough time for Laura to then share that information with us. If we don't have you listed as the current renter/tenant, we will not be able to set up a Pool ID for you. If you are unsure about whether you have been registered, please contact us so that we can check our records.
As always, please keep an eye on your email and/or follow us on social media (facebook ; Twitter ; NextDoor Hunt Pool Committee) for all the latest information about the pool. All upcoming Pool ID Sessions and Swim Meets can be found online on the OXH Pool Calendar.
Thank you,
Your OXH Pool Committee
