Public Service is not new to Erv, he was appointed to the Cary Town Council in 2007, and elected to that seat the same year. He was appointed to the Wake County Board of commissioners in 2011 and elected to the same seat in 2016. During his prior service Erv worked to protect our parks and open space, and better fund our schools and teachers, and supported the efforts for affordable housing and h

elping our neighbors most in need. Erv's vision is to help us all, do all we can, for as many as we can, for as long as we can. In doing so we create the community we want to leave to our children and grandchildren, make new friends and have fun doing it.
