Cascade Locks Community Art Art in the Park is about community involvement, attracting tourists, and beautifying our park. Thanks!!

In April of 2011, our first piece of bronze art was placed in the park. Created by Heather Soderberg, this magnificent piece of art has attracted a lot of people to the area and has received amazing commendations. Based on the overwhelming enjoyment that has come from this one piece, we have decided to place more bronze art throughout the park and make this an ongoing project for generations to co

me to enjoy. We are always accepting donations to help fund this project and appreciate all the effort that everyone has made. Donations are tax deductible, if you are interested in making a donation please contact me at the information listed on this page.

This weekend Community art is hosting carnival games in the Marine park in Cascade Locks, come join the fun!

I have not given up on community art, I am working on the next piece and it will be a eagle with a 8' wing span in the top of a tree. As you may know I work from donations only to get these pieces and it's getting harder to find people that want to donate to art.
