The Pikes Peak Library District is proud to present the 2025 Manitou Springs Library Lawn Concert Series! Concerts will be on Wednesdays in June and July, 6 - 7:30 p.m. on the lawn of the newly renovated Manitou Springs Carnegie Library. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy the music of this summer concert series. See the full lineup at ppld.org/Library-Lawn-Concerts

Library 21c is hosting the 2025 Mountain of Authors program on Sat., May 17 from noon - 4:30 p.m. Meet local authors, hear from a Colorado adventure writer, and learn about the craft of writing and trends in publishing from an industry professional. Announcing the Library Card Design Contest Unveiling Ceremony! Join us in kicking off National Library Week with a ceremony to unveil the six winning designs at East Library on Sat., April 5 from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Thank you to HR Meininger Company for sponsoring prizes.

Refreshments will be provided, and you will be able to get one of the new cards. If you are swapping out an existing library card, it costs $1 to change over and you will receive a new library card number. A gallery of the more than 800 submissions will go live on our website that morning, and the new library cards will be available at all Library locations starting Mon., April 7.
